It takes over an hour of manufacturing to create the thick inner and outer walls of each cooler box and lid. The lid and walls are filled with a high-quality foam insulation, creating a high-performance thermal barrier.

The cooler lid features a freezer-grade gasket made of thick rubber, sealing against the rim of the cooler to prevent any air flow and loss of internal temperature retention. Non-skid feet made of thick rubber prevent the cooler from sliding or shifting, even in the back of a moving truck or a rocking boat.

Waterproof and tear-resistant, all Mammoth premium soft-sided products are made from puncture and tear-resistant TPU material with waterproof welded seams. This ensures a durable, high-quality finish that will last for years.
